RETURN POLICY

We're confident you'll LOVE the items you purchased, but just in case you’re not 100% happy, read the helpful information below. 

Full Refund/Store credit:

-In order to receive a full refund, you must return within 14 days from delivery date. Please include the original receipt and the reason it is being returned. Returns will be issued to the original form of payment. If that is not available, you will receive shop credit. 

-14-30 days you can receive store credit ( starts on delivery date ) 

-After 30 days the item(s) will be a final sale.

Final Sale Items:

The items that are a FINAL sale include: accessories, jewelry, clearance, sale items, intimate apparel, swimwear, bodysuits, bralettes, camis, flash sale items, pre-orders, tights and leggings. 

Product Condition:

-Items must be unworn, with tags attached, and unwashed.

-Items that are not in re-sellable condition & appear to be worn, have stains, pet hairs, or have odor ( ex. cigarette smoke, perfume, deodorant, etc. ) will not be accepted. SHOPNADIAS has the right to refuse any item that is not in re-sellable condition. 

Damaged Product:

We make sure to thoroughly check the product before it ships out but sometimes we may overlook something! If you received damaged product notify us at xonadias@gmail.com within 48 hours. 

Other:

-All returns are processed within 2-3 business days. Refunds can take up to 7-10 business days ( depends on bank ) 

-Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs
